基于熵权TOPSIS的国际航运中心竞争力研究

Study on Competitivity of International Shipping Centers Based on Entropy Weighted TOPSIS

对国际航运中心竞争力主要影响因素进行分析,构建国际航运中心竞争力评价指标体系。将熵权法与TOPSIS法结合,构建熵权TOPSIS评价模型,通过比较评价对象与正理想解和负理想解的相对距离,对上海、天津、大连和厦门四个国际航运中心竞争力进行评价,以验证模型的有效性,为进一步提高航运中心竞争力、促进我国海运业健康发展提供重要参考依据。

In this paper, we analyzed the major influence factors of the competitivity of the international shipping centers, built the corresponding competitivity evaluation index system, then by combining the entropy weighting process and the TOPSIS, established the entropy weighted TOPSIS evaluation model and at the end, applied it to evaluating the competitivity of Shanghai, Tianjin, Dalimi and Xiamen as international Shipping centers to demonstrate the validity of the model.
