摘要
以生鲜肉类企业为研究对象,首先确定生鲜肉类冷链物流服务质量评价指标,然后根据FAHP建立相应的评价模型,并且对相关企业进行了模型实例验证,为提高生鲜食品冷链物流服务质量提供切实可行的理论指导与模型参考。
In this paper, with the fresh meat product enterprise as the object, we first determined the quality evaluation indexes of the fresh meat cold chain logistics services, then built the corresponding FAHP assessment model and at the end, applied it to the empirical study on a certain enterprise.
