Study on Benefit Sharing Contract Based Bi-channel Supply Chain Coordination Model under E-commerce Environment

研究了具有风险厌恶成员的双渠道供应链的协调问题,分析了集中模式下供应链的决策,讨论了风险厌恶水平对供应链决策的影响,提出了收益共享契约,分析了风险厌恶态度对契约参数的影响。研究发现,该契约不仅能协调双渠道供应链,还能保证供应链成员的双赢。

In this paper, we studied the coordination of the bi-channel supply chain composed by risk-averse members, analyzed the impact of the level of risk aversion on the decision making of the supply chain, proposed a benefit sharing contract, and at the end discussed the influence of the risk averse attitude toward the parameters of the contract.
