以M医药流通企业为例,分析了其物流现状,指出了其药品流通运营中存在的问题,最后针对问题提出优化组织结构、改善业务流程以及合理分配仓储货位等措施,以实现M医药流通企业物流系统的优化。

In this paper, in the case of the medicine circulation company M, we analyzed its logistics system, pointed out the existing problems, and at the end, proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
