摘要 根据首次存货可能遇到的两种情况,建立了双装载单元货架自动化立体仓库双货叉堆垛机四指令循环的时间期望模型,在标准的四指令循环时间模型基础上,分析了堆垛机存取效率与货架利用率、两个货位所占比例大小的关系。 In this paper, according to the two possible scenarios during the initial cargo storage, we built the four-directive circular time expectation model of the two-fork stackers in automatic storage and retrieval systems with two storage units and on the basis of the model, analyzed the relationship of the storage and retrieval efficiency of the stackers with the rack utility rate and the proportion of the two storage units.
