胰腺手术后胰瘘的诊断、预防和处理被引量：1

摘要胰腺外科长期以来一直存在着术后并发症发病率和病死率高的问题.近年来胰十二指肠切除术后病死率有持续性下降趋势,然而并发症发病率仍然很高[1-10].在约翰霍普金斯医院进行的一项研究显示,在行胰十二指肠切除术的650例中,术后并发症发病率为41％,其中胰瘘发病率为14％[8].远端胰腺切除术的病死率目前接近0,并发症发病率为9％～31％ [H-15].远端胰腺切除术最常见的并发症也是胰瘘,其发病率甚至高于胰十二指肠切除术[3,6-8].本文主要讨论胰腺切除术后胰瘘的诊断、预防和处理措施.
