关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术研究进展 被引量：10

摘要 前交叉韧带（ACL）是膝关节内的重要稳定性结构，根据其进入入胫骨的位置，分为前内侧束和后外侧束。随着运动损伤的增多和诊断技术的不断发展，ACL 损伤在临床上越来越常见。新西兰一项流行病病学研究发现，在各个年龄阶段中， ACL 损伤每年的发病率为35／10万，且在运动员和运动量大的年轻人中发病率较高［1‐2］。 ACL 损伤可能导致膝关节不稳，增加膝关节的松弛度，使患者活动受限，同时加速骨关节炎的发生和发展进程［3］。因此，ACL 重建被推荐用于治疗 ACL 损伤，尤其是对年龄较轻且运动要求较大的患者。在美国每年约有20万例 ACL 损伤，其中约10万例需要行 ACL 重建术［4］。随着关节技术的不断发展，关节镜下 ACL 重建术具有手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快等优点，是目前进行 ACL 重建术的主要方法。本文对关节镜下 ACL 重建术最新研究进展做一综述，以期为临床治疗 ACL 损伤提供指导和帮助。 有20万例 ACL 损伤，其中约10万例需要行 ACL 重建术［4］。随着关节技术的不断发展，关节镜下 ACL 重建术具有手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快等优点，是目前进行 ACL 重建术的主要方法。本文对关节镜下 ACL 重建术最新研究进展做一综述，以期为临床治疗 ACL 损伤提供指导和帮助。
