摘要 目的 :总结SFI-Bar无应力杆卡系统用于下颌骨吸收严重的无牙颌患者的临床效果。方法 :采用Straumann种植系统的常规操作方法,将15颗种植体植入5例下颌骨严重吸收的患者中,安装预制的SFI-Bar无应力杆卡系统,将预先制作好的义齿进行调磨及重衬,完成即刻负载。结果:此杆卡系统操作步骤简单,节省椅旁操作时间,达到即刻负荷,稳定性、固位性良好,患者满意。结论:新型种植体-杆卡式附着体SFI-Bar无应力杆卡系统固位的全口覆盖义齿是下颌骨严重吸收修复的有效方式,能实现义齿即刻负载,临床效果理想。 PURPOSE: To evaluate the clinical effect of implant-supported SFI-Bar system used for edentulous patients with severely resorbed mandible. METHODS: The conventional method of Straumann implant system was used to place15 implants in 5 edentulous patients with severely resorbed mandible. The implant-supported SFI-Bar system was connected, and then the ready-made dentures were relined and grinded and loaded immediately. RESULTS: The operation procedures of SFI-Bar system was simple and time saving, which reached the goal of immediate loading, good stability and retention, and the patients was satisfied with the outcomes. CONCLUSIONS: The SFI-Bar system, as a new implant-bar attachment system, is an advantageous treatment option for edentulous patients with severely resorbed mandible, which can be loaded immediately and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
