摘要
目的:探讨下颌骨包括囊内骨折在内的髁突骨折手术方法及治疗效果,为临床治疗中最佳手术入路的选择提供依据。方法:对51例髁突骨折采用穿腮腺入路的切开复位内固定方法,术后查阅病例资料,进行定期随访,评价患者治疗效果。结果:所有患者均解剖复位,咬合关系良好,术后关节活动正常,瘢痕隐蔽。结论:穿腮腺入路治疗髁突骨折是较好的方法,值得在临床推广。
PERPOSE： This study aimed to evaluate the operation method and treatment effect of condylar fracture through transparotid approach. METHORDS： Fifty-one consecutive cases were retrospectively reviewed. Occlusion,maximum mouth opening, facial nerve function and 3D-CT were used in evaluating the postoperative results. RESULTS：All patients had good results with anatomical reduction, normal occlusion and joint motion, maximum mouth opening,normal function and hidden scars. CONCLUSIONS： Transparotid approach is for treatment of fracture of mandible condyle, which is worthy of safe and effective wide clinical adoption.
