贵阳市城镇劳动者延迟退休问题研究

Research on Urban Workers' Delay Retirement Problems in Guiyang City

在与日俱增的老龄人口的背景下,我国的养老金替代率却在不断下降,面对这一严峻形势,延迟退休已势在必行。以何种方式进行退休政策调整是社会各界争论的重点,劳动者对延迟退休的态度也是各执一词,对于劳动者而言,影响退休意愿的因素很多,都是国家在推行延迟退休政策时不得不考虑的。本文以贵阳市为例,对城镇劳动者延迟退休的意愿进行调查,以期找到一种合适的方式来推行延迟退休政策。

In the context of the growing aging population, China＇s pension replacement rate is declining. In the face of this grim situation, the delay retirement is imperative. What manners adjust retirement policy is the focus of community debate, and the attitude of the workers toward delay retirement is uncompromising. For workers, the factors of affecting retirement multiply, which have to be taken into consideration for our country in the implementation of delay retirement policies. This paper, taking Guiyang City as an example, makes investigation of the willingness of Guiyang urban workers to delay retirement to help find a suitable way to implement policies to delay retirement.
