Developmental Research on Enterprise Logistics Management in China under E-commerce Background

对电子商务背景下我国物流企业管理的现状进行了分析,据此提出相关发展策略,包括发挥政府的积极效用、加强对现代供应链管理的认识、进行资源整合、提高信息化水平以及企业整体经营管理水平等。

In this paper, we analyzed the current status of the logistics enterprises management in China under the e-commerce background. Then we put forward relevant development strategies including bringing the government＇s positive effects into play, enhancing the understanding of the modern supply chain management, integrating resources, improving the informatization level and enterprises＇ management level etc.
