电子商务中第三方物流的法律规制探讨

Discussion on Legal Regulation of TPL under E-commerce Background

在我国缺乏第三方物流基本法律的背景下,从电子商务中第三方物流政府规制必要性出发,分析了电子商务中第三方物流政府规制法律现状及特征,进而探讨了其中存在的法律问题,并提出了规制的法律对策。

In this paper, because of the lack of the basic laws in TPL in China, we analyzed the current status and characteristics of the legal regulation of TPL in the e-commerce background in view of the necessity, discussed the existing legal problems and proposed legal countermeasures to ensure the implementation of the regulations.
