摘要
从SD五金家具公司的角度出发,研究在其特定的行业环境下,如何改进供应商质量管理,针对该家具公司供应商质量管理的过程及存在的问题进行分析,提出改进建议,提高整个家具供应链产品的质量,提升供应链的整体竞争水平。
In this paper, from the perspective of the SD hardware furniture company, we studied the ways of improving the SQM in certain industry environment. Through the analysis on the process and problems of the SQM in this company, we proposed improving suggestions to increase the products quality of the whole furniture supply chain and the whole competitive level of the supply chain.
