摘要
通过对薄壁内外齿轮的加工工艺进行分析,提出了采用滚旋工艺成形该类零件的新方法,介绍了基于展成法、渐进式、精密挤压理念的滚旋成形工艺,同时介绍了该工艺坯料壁厚的选取方式及工装模具的设计方法,并利用自主研制的CZDX200/SPCNC滚旋成形专机,进行了薄壁内外齿轮滚旋成形工艺试验。结果表明,侧隙值是影响齿形对称度的最主要因素,并通过试验优化了工艺参数,获得了合格的薄壁内外齿轮样件。
Through the analysis of thin wall of internal and external gear processing technology, put forward the new method of rolling spinning forming process, is introduced based on the concept of generating method, progressive,precise extruding rolling spinning forming technology, and introduces the technology of blank thickness selection methods and die design method, and using the self-developed CZDX200/ SPCNC rolling spinning forming plane, the thin wall internal and external gear rolling spinning forming process test. The results show that the clearance value is the most important factors affect the symmetry of tooth shape, and the process parameters were optimized through experiment, obtained the qualified thin wall internal and external gear samples.
