摘要
介绍了汽车车身的发展趁势及侧围模具顶梁处的侧成形工艺,针对侧围模具顶梁处的强度及表面质量要求,提出了3种驱动斜楔机构的应用,重点提出了新型刚性驱动双动斜楔机构在汽车侧围模具开发中的实际应用,可以满足高速生产需要,不受环境影响,可保证模具本体强度,提高侧围表面质量。
This paper introduces the development of the automobile body towards and lateral confining the top side of the beam forming technology, in view of the lateral confining strength and surface quality of the top beam, the application of the inclined wedge mechanism of three kinds of driving, emphasis is put forward a novel duplex wedge mechanism driven by rigid the actual application in automobile lateral confining die development, can meet the demand of high-speed production, is not affected by environment, guarantee the die body strength, improve the surface quality of side surround.
