钢球收压模具技术浅谈

摘要 在针对钢丝绳球形接头收口的过程中,出现钢球被压扁、压花、钢丝被压断及收压尺寸不到位等现象,所造成钢索组件球头松动、钢丝绳断丝等严重的质量问题。通过对老版收口模结构和加工工艺的改进,在采用了硬质合金钢镶件代替了Cr WMn材料的模板,以数铣制成的电极,用于电火花精加工收口模的球头模型腔代替了手工修理收口模球头型腔的措施之后,大幅度提高了产品抗拉强度和表面光洁度,进而提高了产品合格率,同时,缩短了模具的加工周期,节约了大量成本。 For wire rope ball joint necking, a steel ball is flattening, embossing, steel wire is broken and closed pressure size, a phenomenon such as wire components caused by loose ball head, wire rope broken wires and other serious quality problems. Based on the original necking die structure and processing technology improvements, were used in hard alloy steel insert to replace the template of CrWMn material, with several electrodes made of milling, ball head model used in EDM machining necking die cavity to replace the manual repair necking ball head die cavity measures, the tensile strength and the surface finish of the ball joint were improved greatly, and the qualified rate of the ball joint was improved, and the machining cycle of the die was shortened, and the cost was saved.
