摘要
根据科技创新绩效的基本概念及内涵,选取了22个指标,运用SPSS19.0软件的因子分析和聚类分析分别对内蒙古自治区整体的科技创新综合绩效进行分析和各盟市科技创新绩效的纵向比较分析,得出内蒙古科技发展的障碍在于科技产业化水平和节能降耗技术落后,科技发展的优势在于学术、信息化、教育、科技投入的科技潜力较大和环境治理技术水平较高的结论。根据其科技创新绩效聚类结果,把内蒙古12个盟市分为四类。主要创新点是通过节能环保、信息化与科学技术的结合来反映内蒙古科技创新绩效的现状。
According to the basic concept and connotation of technological innovation performance, this paper selected 22 indicators, using factor analysis and cluster analysis of SPSS19.0, to analyzed the overall comprehensive performance of scientific and technological innovation in Inner Mon- golia and performance of scientific and technological innovation of each leagues and cities by longitudinal comparison respectively,concluded that the obstacles of scientific and technological development in Inner Mongolia were the backwardness of industrialization level and energy saving technology, the advantages of scientific and technological development were the large potential of scientific and technological of academic, information technology, education, scientific and technological input, as well as the higher level of environmental control technology, the 12 leagues and cities was divided into four categories according to the clustering results of the performance of scientific and technological Innovation. The main innovative point of this paper was to reflect the current situation of performance of scientific and technological innovation in Inner Mongolia through a combination of energy - saving and environmental protection, information technology and science and technology.
