区域内高校国际科技合作开放度与科研绩效相关性分析

Study on Correlation Between International Scientific & Technologic Openness and Science & Research Performance Evaluation of Universities

随着科技全球化的进一步深化,国际科技合作已成为提高全球范围内科技创新效益的重要推动力,促进了科技创新资源的有效配置,开拓了新的科学技术研究思路,推动产生了具有国际领先水平的科研成果,促进了科学技术的全面发展。高校作为科技创新的重要主体,应积极开展广泛的国际科技合作,提升其科研能力和综合竞争实力,建立具有国际化水平的一流大学。运用熵值法对区域内高校国际科技合作进行测度,比较不同区域内高校国际科技合作情况,探讨区域内高校国际科技合作开放度与科研绩效的相关性,为我国高校科研的国际化战略提供一定参考。

As science globalization developed deeply, international science and technology cooperation was the important impetus of improving science and technology efficiency, promoting the efficient allocation of resources, broadening S＆T research thought, generating lots of scientific research achievements and accelerating the comprehensive development of science and technology. Colleges and universities were the important subjects of scientific and technological innovation, so we should carry out a wide range of international science and technology cooperation, improve scientific research ability and the comprehensive competitive power to establish a first - class universities internationally. Therefore this paper used entropy method to measure colleges and universities international technology cooperation, comparing university international cooperation of science and technology in different areas. Based on this, this paper discussed the correlation between international S＆T cooperation of universities and scientific research performance, providing certain reference for the international strategy of scientific research in colleges and universities.
