摘要
从总量和结构两个层面分析了云南投资问题。结果表明:从总量角度看,2008年金融危机以来云南经济已处于动态无效状态,资本积累过度;云南投资效率呈不断下降趋势,主要原因是投资的快速增长;从结构层面看,利用投入—产出表分析三次产业的动态效率,第一产业、第三产业资本积累过度,第二产业资本积累动态有效,因此需要关注投资结构问题。
This paper analyzed the Yunnan investment problem from the total amount and structure. The results showed that：Firstly, economy of Yunnan was dynamic inefficiency since the financial crisis, and its capital was accumulation over. Secondly, due to the rapid growth of investment the efficiency of investment in Yunnan showed declining trend. Finally, using input - output tables of Yunnan to analyze the dynamic efficiency of the three industries, the primary industry and tertiary industry capital accumulation over, while the second industrial capital accumulation dynamics was effectively, and therefore needed to focus on the investment structure problems.
