云南城镇化与旅游业发展的耦合协调关系及其变化

Study on Coupling Coordination Relation Between Urbanization and Tourism Industry in Yunnan Province

在分析城镇化与旅游业互动机理的基础上构建了评价指标体系,以云南省16个地市州2006—2013年的面板数据为样本,对两者的耦合协调关系进行了实证研究。研究发现:1省级尺度下,云南城镇化与旅游业发展耦合协调状况不佳,两者的耦合始终处于颉颃阶段,两者的协调关系始终为中度协调;2市级尺度下,城镇化与旅游业互动协调发展的失衡状况较严重,失衡的原因表现为中等组和落后组由旅游业发展滞后所致,领先组由旅游业发展滞后转变为城镇化滞后。因此,因地制宜地制定调整策略,侧重提升相对滞后的一方,可缓解失衡矛盾并促进协同发展。

Based on the analysis of interaction mechanism between urbanization and tourism, this paper made an empirical research on coupling and coordinated relationship between them by analyzing the panel data from the year of 2006 to 2013 in 16 cities of Yunnan Province. This paper found that at the provincial level, the coupling and coordinated conditions were not so good. The coupling relationship remained rival and coordinated relationship was always moderate. In addition, at the provincial level, the imbalance of interactived and coordinated development between them was relatively serious. The reasons of the imbalance were caused by lag tourism development in medium group and behind group, and by the shift from lag tourism development to lag urbanization in the leading group. Therefore, Yunnan Province should adjust strategy according to local conditions and improve relative lag on one side to relieve the contradictions of imbalances and promote the coordinative development.
