对“旅游商品产业集群”的若干质疑——兼谈张家界旅游商品产业的发展思路 被引量:1

摘要 从集群商品的相似性、集群企业的竞合性、集群产业的支柱性等集群特性来看,"旅游商品产业集群"是一个伪命题。重视并发展旅游商品产业是提升旅游业综合实力的重要举措,而张家界发展旅游商品产业的根本出路在于"市场"。在建设全国旅游商品市场时,张家界需正确处理好园区建设与环境保护之间的关系,以构建绿色低碳的生态工业区与交易区;正确处理好本土商品与外来商品的关系,以集聚全国甚至全球优质的特色旅游商品,打造旅游商品市场的"小义乌"。 Viewing from the characteristics of a cluster, such as the similarity of tourism commodities, the competition and cooperation of cluster enterprises and the mainstay of cluster industry, "tourism commodities industry cluster" was a false proposition. Attaching importance to the development of tourism commodities industry was an important measure to enhance the overall strength of tourism industry, and the fundamental way of Zhangjiajie's tourism commodities industry was "market". When building the national tourism commodities market, Zhangjiajie needed to handle the relationship between the park construction and environmental protection correctly, in order to build some industrial districts and trading districts which were green,low-carbon and ecological. At the same time, Zhangjiajie needed to handle the relationship between domestic goods and foreign goods properly, in order to agglomerate tourism commodities all over the world and create a "Small Yiwu".
