摘要
通过选用黄心土、细河沙和细河砂+黄心土(1∶1)3种不同基质和用800、1 000、1 200 mg/L 3种不同浓度的IBA生根剂配制开展对尾细桉嫩枝扦插成活率影响的研究,结果表明:不同基质对尾细桉嫩枝扦插成活率的影响差异不显著,不同浓度IBA生根剂对尾细桉嫩枝扦插成活率的影响差异极显著,浓度试验中以1 000 mg/L浓度处理的插条成活率最高,基质和IBA生根剂浓度配制处理中则以黄心土作基质用1 000 mg/L IBA处理为较好的基质和生根剂组合,扦插平均成活率达91.67%。
Different cutting medium (yellow subsoil, fine sand and combination of yellow subsoil and fine sand at the ratio of 1:1 )and different concentrations (800 mg/L, 1 000 mg/L and 1 200 mg/L)of IBA rooting powder were used to determine the effect on survival rate of cutting seedlings of Eucalyptus urophyllaxE, tereticornis. The results showed that there was no significant effect on the survival rate of cutting by using different medium, and there were significant differences among survival rates of cutting by using different concentration of IBA rooting powder. In the test, using yellow subsoil as medium and treated by 1 000 mg/L IBA was the good combination, the survival rate of cutting reached 91.67%.
