单缸柴油机尾气热能回收利用研究

摘要 基于目前我国柴油机的保有量以及柴油机热值利用率低的现状,以单缸风冷式农用柴油机为研究对象,通过简单的试验装置,较准确地计算出单缸农用柴油机尾气中能量的对流传热速率,不仅对于提高能源利用率和保护环境都具有重大的意义,对尾气的清洁与热量二次利用装置的开发也有一定的参考价值。 Based on the current situation that the holding volume of diesel engine and diesel engine with low calorific value utilization in our country,taking agricultural single cylinder air-cooled diesel engine as experimental object,through a simple test device, conveetive heat transfer rate of energy in agricultural single cylinder diesel engine exhaust was accurately calculated,it not only had great significance to improve the utilization efficiency of energy and environmental protection,but also had a certain reference value for tail gas cleaning and heat secondary using device development.
