^(125)I粒子植入术治疗眼外期视网膜母细胞瘤

Study on ^(125)I particles implants in children with extraocular retinoblastoma

目的通过评价125I粒子植入术对于眼外期视网膜母细胞瘤(RB)的治疗效果及副作用,旨在为眼外期RB临床治疗探索新的途径。方法对7例(7只眼)(男性2例,女性5例)眼外期RB患儿,平均年龄(20.4±7.2)个月,将肿瘤残存视神经作为靶区,采用125I粒子组织间植入术结合CT印证,观察其治疗效果并进行副作用分析。结果 7例眼外期RB患儿眼眶残留视神经周围行125I放射性粒子组织间植入,随访至2015年3月,随访11~96个月,中位随访时间为47个月,病情达到完全缓解5例,死亡2例,总生存率为71.3%(5/7)。2年生存率80%,5年预计存活率40%,7例均无局部副作用。结论 125I放射性粒子植入术可以使眼外期RB患儿减少颅内播散,提高生存率,且毒副作用小,为眼外期RB患儿提供一新的安全可行的治疗方法。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of 125 I particles implants in the treatment of children’ s pa-tients with extraocular retinoblastoma（ RB） .Methods 7 cases （male 2,female 5）of extraocular RB received the 125I particles implants targeted to the optic nerve by tumor involvement associated with CT examination and analysis the treat-ment outcome and side-effect.Results 7 case follow up for 11-96 months,median follow up time is 47months.5 cases achieved a complete remission, total survival rate is 71.3%（5/7）.Nobody had radiotherapy side effect after the operations .Conclusion Radioactive 125 I seeds interstitial brachytherapy was an effective treatment for children with extraocular RB .
