灰线切开联合睫毛毛囊破坏术治疗少量睫毛生长异常的疗效观察

The efficacy of gray line incision combined with eyelash hair follicle destruction in the treatment of mild abnormal eyelash growth

目的探讨灰线切开联合睫毛毛囊破坏术在治疗少量(少于10根)睫毛生长异常中的疗效。方法选择30例(45只眼)眼睑位置正常伴有少量睫毛生长异常的患者,在睑缘做灰线切开后用烧灼器烧灼毛囊根部,然后用将睫毛拉出,切口自行愈合。观察该术式治疗少量睫毛生长异常的疗效。结果术后随访1年,除2例(3只眼)后因老年性睑内翻继发倒睫后实施睑内翻矫正术外,其余28例(42只眼)所有患者术眼术后效果满意。结论灰线切开联合睫毛毛囊破坏术治疗少量睫毛生长异常,对于患者来说是一种简便、痛苦少又经济实惠的有效方法,对于医生来说是一种简捷易学的术式,值得推广,尤其在基层医院。

Objective To observe the effects of gray line incision combined with eyelash hair follicle destruction on the treatment of mild （less than 10） abnormal eyelash growth.Methods Thirty patients （45 eyes） with mild abnormal eyelash growth but normal lid position were selected to receive gray line incision and eyelash hair follicle destruction.Re-sults After 1 year, 28 patients （42 eyes） obtained satisfactory results.There were 2 patients （3 eyes） who suffered from trichiasis senile after the operation.They received entropion.Conclusion Grey line incision combined with eyelash hair follicle destruction is a convenient, unpainful, and economical effective treatment for mild abnormal eyelash growth.It’ s also a simple procedure for physicians and is worth of promoted wider in primary level hospitals.
