互联网背景下专业镇企业的转型机制、障碍及破解研究——兼对揭阳军埔“淘宝村”跨行业转型案例分析

Mechanism,Obstacles and Crack of Business Transformation in Specialized Town under the Background of Internet——Taking the Cross- industrial Transformation of the “Taobao Village”in Jieyang as an Example

基于中国经济"新常态"和"互联网+"的时代背景,通过理论与案例研究,理顺企业转型、专业镇转型和经济转型的内在逻辑关系,剖析专业镇企业的转型机制与转型障碍,理论上探讨如何破解转型障碍。主要结论:企业转型的本质是引入新型高质量要素,构建企业新的生产函数;企业转型决策取决于转型前后企业竞争优势提升带来的预期转型收益引导,是基于外部环境和企业自学习能力的综合判断与选择;专业镇企业转型具有外生性,企业所在集群出现创业精神衰败和新要素进入机会不足以及企业内部难以独立形成新要素,会反向固化不转型文化,共同导致企业转型障碍的内生性以及企业转型中的市场失效。为此,克服转型障碍需重视市场外力量的重要作用,也需激励企业内创业。企业内创业是破解企业内生转型障碍,并促进新型要素涌现的机制。实践上,破解集群内生障碍可以从增加区域内新型要素供给、提升集群整体能力、重构专业镇发展模式与构建企业率先转型的诱发机制四方面入手。

This paper analyses the mechanism, obstacles and the crack methods of business transformation in specialized town through the theory and case study based on the era background of China＇s new normal economic state and internet ＋. The main conclusions are as follows： firstly, the essence of business transformation is to introduce new high quality elements and construct new production function. The transformation decision is contingent on the transformation income and it is a comprehensive judgment between the type, quanti- ty and price of the new factors and general factors as well as the self - learning ability of the enterprise, then by inference, business transformation of specialized town is exogenous ; secondly, because of the decline of entrepreneurial spirit and the supply insufficiency of new elements in enterprise cluster and because the enterprise is difficult to form the new elements independedly, the barriers of business transformation are endogenous. So, there is a kind of market failure during business transformation and the power outside market will play an important role in order to overcome the obstacles. This paper argues that intrapreneurship is a sufficient way to break the endogenous transformation barriers and promote the emergence of new elements, and at the same time, the cluster endogenous barriers can be broken by the means of increasing the supply of new elements, enhancing the cluster overall ability, reconstructing the development model of specialized town and designing the induced mechanism of leading transformation.
