我国信息通信技术产业的经济增长效应研究 被引量:5

The Research about the Effect of the ICT Industry Contributed to Economic Growth in China

摘要 在从国家、公司和行业层面对信息通信技术产业与经济增长关系进行理论分析的基础上,选取全国30个省(市、自治区)信息通信技术产业作为研究样本,基于2004-2011年期间的数据进行实证研究,结果表明:地区信息通信技术产业的总产值、出口交货值、企业单位数、从业人员数、施工项目数以及投资额与该地区的国内生产总值增长有很明显的正相关关系,表明我国信息通信技术产业在一定程度上促进了国内生产总值的增长;电子及通信设备制造业、电子计算机及办公设备制造业这两个行业对经济增长的促进作用无显著差别;我国信息通信技术产业地区发展极不均衡。促进信息通信技术产业与区域经济增长协调发展的政策建议对有关部门有借鉴意义。 The paper chooses the ICT industry in China as a research sample, which is based on the data of 2004 -2011. By applying the theoretical analysis and empirical research, we find that: the total value of out -put, value of export delivery, number of business units, number of employees, number of construction projects and amount of investment of the ICT industry in a region each has a very significant positive correlatiorts with the GDP growth. So we can get the conclusion: ( 1 ) the ICT industry of our country, to some extent, has contributed to China's GDP growth. (2) for the electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry and electronic computer differences of promoting effect on GDP unequally and office equipment manufacturing industry, there were no significant growth. (3) the region of ICT industry in our country developed very unequally.
