基于多变量稳健估计法的我国通信业区域差异研究

摘要 根据钻石模型,构建相应的指标体系,采用多变量稳健估计法对中国通信业发展水平区域差异进行实证研究。结果表明:在中国31个省、直辖市和自治区的通信业发展水平中,广东、江苏、上海和北京位列前4名,西藏、贵州、甘肃和宁夏位列后4名;从排名结果来看,东部地区的综合排名比西部地区靠前。结合具体情况,分析了造成通信业发展水平区域差异的原因,并提出相应的政策建议。 This paper uses diamond model to build the index system, in addition, it uses the multivariate estimation method to do the empirical research on the regional differences of the development of China Telecommunication industry. The results show that: as for the development level of the telecommunication industry of 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shanghai and Beijing rank the top four, and at the same time, Tibet, Guizhou, ranking results mentioned above, a comprehensive ranking Gansu and Ningxia rank the botton four. From the of the eastern region is better than the western region. Combined with the specific situation, the reasons of the regional differences in the development level of the telecommunication industry and the corresponding policy recommendations are given.
