摘要
针对某业务区现有2G/3G/4G用户群体,分析用户的基本属性和通信行为,如用户年龄、性别、客户等级、入网时长、套餐选择、终端选择、通话时长、流量使用、业务偏好、地理分布等,统计4G签转用户签转前后通信消费的变化,分析聚类特性,圈出其中高品质、高黏性,对4G业务有潜在需求的2G/3G用户,以其作为4G潜在用户,推动存量用户的签转,支撑4G网络规划与建设。
Based on 2G/3G/4G customers in a business district, it analyzes the basic properties and communication behavior of them, such as age, gender, customer rating, network age, package, terminal, cal duration, traffic, geographic distribution, etc, it compares upgraded customers consumption level with the previous level, analyzes clustering features to circle high-quality and high-viscosity customers which need 4G business potential y, pushes them to upgrade package actively, to support 4G net-work planning and construction.
