饲料大麦的应用价值及开发前景

Application Value and Development Prospect of Feed Barley in China

饲料粮需求的增长成为影响我国未来粮食安全的重要因素。在玉米增产有限、进口受限的情况下,开发大麦的饲用价值,使其成为玉米的补充,是缓解我国饲料粮短缺的可行方法。大麦的饲用价值高,是养殖家畜家禽的优质饲料,在国际上有广泛的应用。在我国,大麦未能获得规模化利用,主要原因在于大麦种植缺乏相关政策支持、饲料应用研究与市场需求结合不紧密以及缺少质量管理。最后,提出了相应的政策建议。

The increase in the demand of feed grains has become the important factors that affect the food security in China in the fu- ture. Under the condition of the slow increase in production and limited import of corn, developing the feeding value of feed barley becomes a feasible way to solve the shortage of feed grains. Barley has high nutritional value, which is an excellent feed for breeding livestock and is widely used in the world. However, barley has still not been extensive used in China, and the main reasons included lack of policy support, mismatch of feed research and the market demand, and lack of quality management. At last, the paper put forward corresponding policy recommendations.
