新生代农民工社区参与影响因素的性别比较研究

Gender Comparison of Influence Factors of New Generation of Migrant Workers' Community Participation

利用广东省东莞市新生代农民工的调查数据,从人口学特征、个体特征和社会交往因素等方面对新生代农民工社区参与的影响因素及其性别差异进行分析。研究发现:新生代农民工的社区参与可归类为"社会活动类参与"和"公共管理类参与";"年龄"、"受教育程度"和"婚姻状况"等人口学特征、"户口状况"和"职业状况"等个体特征、社会交往因素对新生代农民工社区参与行为产生显著影响,同时这些影响因素存在显著性别差异。基于以上结论提出推进新生代农民工社区参与的相关建议。

Based on the survey of the new generation of migrant workers in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, this paper discusses the factors influencing the new generation of migrant workers＂ commu- nity participation and gender differences in view of the demographic features, individual features and social interaction. The results show that the community participation of new generation of migrant workers can be classified as social activity participation and public administration participation. The demographic features like age, education degree and marital status, the individual features like house- hold registration status and occupation, and the social interaction have significant impact on the new generation of migrant workers＂ community participation and the gender differences are obvious. On this basis, some suggestions on promoting the new generation of migrant workers＂ community partici- pation are put forward.
