长江黄金水道建设与流域经济发展协调关系研究——基于主成分分析

A Research on the Coordination Relationship between Yangtze River Golden Waterway Construction and River Basin Economic Development——Based on Principal Component Analysis

文章从长江航道建设和流域经济两个子系统出发,采用主成分分析法选取具有代表性的指标,运用协调度模型研究近10年来它们之间的协调状态:2004年处于基本不协调状态,2005-2009年处于协调状态,2010年处于基本协调状态,2011-2013年处于协调状态,还未出现明显的不协调状态。但随着国家对长江经济带建设的不断深入,加快长江黄金水道建设对于统筹东、中、西部区域协调发展,完善区域经济布局,打造中国经济增长"第四极"具有重要意义。

This paper starts from two subsystems of Yangtze River waterway construction and river basin economy,appliesprincipal component analysis method to select representative indicators,uses coordination degree model to research the coordinated state between them in the last 10 years. The results show that： basically uncoordinated state in 2004,coordinatedstate from 2005 to 2009,basically coordinated state in 2010,coordinated state from 2011 to 2013,and no significantly un-coordinated state. But with the continuous development of Yangtze River economic belt construction,speeding up YangtzeRiver golden waterway construction has important significances on balancing the coordinated development of eastern,middleand western regions,improving the regional economic layout and building ＂the fourth pole＂ of China＇s economic growth.
