摘要1病例介绍患者,女,30岁,无药物、食物过敏史。因哺乳婴儿碰伤左乳致左侧急性乳腺炎,于2014年4月15日入院。体检：体温39.5℃,心率78次·min-1,血压130/80 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa）,左侧乳晕内上方可见皮肤红肿破溃,破溃处裂口挤压可见少量黄白色脓液流出。
