鼻渊糖浆治疗分泌性中耳炎临床效果观察

Clinical efficacy of nasosinusitis syrup in the treatment of secretory otitis media

目的观察鼻渊糖浆治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法选取50例分泌性中耳炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各25例。治疗组采用鼻渊糖浆、克拉霉素胶囊、口服及鼻用激素治疗10 d,对照组采用欧龙马滴剂、克拉霉素胶囊、口服及鼻用激素治疗10 d,观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为89.29%,对照组为86.20%;治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻渊糖浆治疗分泌性中耳炎效果良好,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nasosinusitis syrup in the treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods 50 patients with secretory otitis media were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with nasosinusitis syrup,clarithromycin capsules,oral and nasal corticosteroid for 10 days. The control group was treated with sinupret drops,clarithromycin capsules,oral and nasal cotristeroids for 10 days. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results The effective rates in treatment group and control group were 89. 29% and 86. 20% respectively. There was no significant difference in the effective rates between two groups（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Nasosinusitis syrup has a good effect in the treatment of secretory otitis media with high safety. It deserves the clinical expansion.
