复方甘草酸苷在寻常型银屑病治疗中的应用效果

Efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

目的探究复方甘草酸苷在寻常型银屑病治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2014年3月至2015年3月南乐县人民医院收治的84例寻常型银屑病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规方法治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用复方甘草酸苷治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.2%,对照组治疗总有效率为81.0%;观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。观察组复发率为7.1%;对照组为23.8%;观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病效果较好,可有效改善临床症状,降低复发率,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 84 patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated in the People＇s Hospital of Nanle from March of 2014 to March of 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each. The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received compound glycyrrhizin on the basis of conventional treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared. Results The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 95. 2% and 81. 0% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment. The recurrence rates of observation group and control group were 7. 1 % and 23. 8 % respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin had a good effect in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. It could effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate and have high safety. It deserves the clinical expansion.
