OCSP分型联合血清S100β蛋白水平检测对急性脑梗死面积的预测价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估OCSP分型联合血清S100β蛋白水平检测对急性脑梗死面积的预测价值。方法利用OCSP分型及血清S100β蛋白水平对92例发病24 h内脑梗死患者按中大面积及小面积脑梗死进行预测,并与发病1~2周头颅CT或MRI脑梗死面积进行最终对照确认,分别观察OCSP分型、血清S100β蛋白水平及OCSP分型联合血清S100β蛋白水平3种方法预测脑梗死面积的符合率。结果 OCSP分型、血清S100β蛋白水平及OCSP分型联合血清S100β蛋白水平3种方法预测脑梗死面积的总体符合率分别为65.2%、74.0%和94.3%,OCSP分型联合血清S100β蛋白水平预测敏感度显著提高(P〈0.05)。结论 OCSP分型联合血清S100β蛋白水平检测能提高早期脑梗死面积预测准确率。
