摘要 激光甲烷传感器采用高选择性、高分辨率的光谱技术,既适用于粉尘、潮湿等恶劣环境,又具有功耗低、灵敏度高、响应速度快、对环境要求低、长期免标校的优点,为此设计了一种基于TDLAS(可调谐半导体激光光谱)谐波检测技术的激光甲烷变送器。详细介绍了TDLAS的技术原理,并给出设计方案。该设计通过实验数据分析,验证了方案设计的可行性。 The laser methane sensor adopts the spectrum technology with high selectivity and high-resolution, compared with the traditional type catalytic methane sensor, which is not affected by other gases for dust, humidity and other harsh environment, but also has low power consumption, high sensitivity, fast response, low environmental requirements, and the advantages of long-term calibration-free. So presents a laser methane transmitter based on TDLAS (tunable diode laser spectroscopy) harmonic detection technology. Details introduces the technical principles of TDLAS and gives the design proposal. Finally, the analysis of the experimental data verifies the feasibility of this program.
