摘要
运用主成分分析法,经过矩阵变换、降低维数以及提取故障信息的主要特征,实现对故障电动机转子三相定子电流的特征提取。使用Matlab 8.3对实验所得的三相定子电流数据进行处理,得到完好电动机、转子断条故障电动机和气隙偏心故障电动机的主成分分析结果,为鼠笼异步电动机的故障诊断提供了一种有效的分析方法及相关故障样本。
Utilizing the primary component analysis method, reduces dimension by matrix conversion and extracted main characters of fault signal. The three phase stator current characters of faulty motor have been extracted. Processed the test data of three phase stator current of different motor by Matlab 8.3 according to the primary component analysis method, and obtains the results for intact motor and motor with faults of rotor bar breakage and eccentric air gap. The study provides a feasible and effective way for fault analysis of squirrel cage type motor and some samples of relevant fault.
