摘要
摩擦焊机是煤矿瓦斯抽采用钻杆生产的关键设备,对摩擦焊接过程的实时监控起到控制钻杆焊接质量和提高可靠性的作用。采用组态软件"力控6.1"设计了基于力控的摩擦焊机上位监控系统。其直观友好的人机交互界面,可实现焊接过程中数据和曲线的实时监控,能采集、保存焊接结果的特征参数并进行调用和查看。该监控系统还具有焊接过程中的实时报警和报警记录查询等功能,确保钻杆焊接过程的稳定性和可靠性。
The friction welding machine is the key equipment of drilling production in the coal mine gas drainage, which real-time monitors the drilling welding quality and improves the reliability in the friction welding process. Designs the host-monitoring system of friction welding machine based on force control 6.1 configuration software. The direct and friendly interactive interface realizes the real-time monitor of data and curves in the welding process. And also the characteristic parameters of collected and stored welding results can be checked. The monitoring system also has the functions of real-time alarming and alarming record query during the welding, which ensures the stable and reliability of drilling welding process.
