摘要
根据标准GB 3836.4—2010爆炸性环境第4部分:由本质安全型"i"保护的设备防爆检验的要求,设计了一种模拟煤矿井下作业环境的全封闭空间的本质安全型检验装置。该装置把本质安全型的被检设备按照检验的要求进行短路,以检验该设备是否产生火花并引燃可燃性气体,从而判断被检设备的安全性是否合格。重点论述检验装置的工作原理、关键部位的设计思路及检验的工序流程。
According to the requirements of explosion test GB3836.4-2010 Fourth Part: Intrinsic Safety "I" Protection Device, designs an intrinsic safety device that simulated the closed environment of underground coal mine. According to the test requirements, this device makes the tested equipment short circuit, to test whether the device will sparks or ignites the explosive gas, in order to judge whether the tested equipment is qualified or not. Emphatic introduces the working principles of the test device, the design ideas of the key parts and the process flow of inspection.
