摘要
针对ZY3200/08/19型薄煤层液压支架普通双伸缩立柱难以满足使用要求的问题,从支架四连杆结构的优化设计出发,分析了该支架的运动轨迹和连杆力。采用三伸缩立柱,解决了实现支架最大高度的难题,增强了薄煤层液压支架的适应能力和开采范围。
The normal dual-telescopic column of ZY3200/08/19 type thin coal seam hydraulic support cannot satisfy the application requirements. From the side of optimal design of support four links structure, analyzes the tracks and linked-rod force. The triple telescopic column solves the difficulties of support' s max height, and enhances the adaptive ability and mining scope of thin coal seam hydraulic support.
