无轨防爆胶轮车与单轨吊在煤矿综合应用的探析

Exploration and Analysis of Trackless Explosion-Proof Rubber-Tyred Vehicle and Monorail Applied in Coal Mine

为满足矿井持续增长的人员和材料运输要求,分析了无轨防爆胶轮车与单轨吊两种运输方式的特点。提出了综合运用两种运输设备,建立新型辅助运输系统的探索。通过山东新汶矿业集团新巨龙公司的实例,设计了一套新的辅助运输系统,该系统实施后,既提高了效率,又满足了矿井生产的需要,取得了较好的效果。

The higher requirements of workers and materials transportation at underground mine are increasing all the time. So analyzes the characteristics of the two kinds of transportation methods, one is the trackless explosion- proof rubber-tyred vehicle, the other is the monorail. Puts forward the integrated use of two kinds of transportation equipment, and sets up new auxiliary transportation system. Through the examples of Xinjunlong Company in Shandong Xinwen Mining Group, designs the new auxiliary transportation system, which improves efficiency and satisfies the demand of mine production after operation.
