掘进机机载锚杆钻机的设计

摘要 目前巷道掘进工作面主要采用单体锚杆钻机与掘进机配套,自动化程度低,且在掘进过程中,支护时间占用较多。为提高锚护的自动化程度及效率,提出一种机载式锚杆钻机,对其关键部件的设计作出说明。为机载锚杆钻机的设计提供一定的理论指导。 At present, the roadheader in the tunneling face is mainly matched with the single roof-boher. The automation level is low, and spend much more time in supporting work. In order to enhance the automation level and efficiency of bolt supporting, puts forward the roadheader borne roof-bolter. The design of some key components has been described, which provides some theoretical guide for roadheader borne roof-bolter' s design.
