为了降低生产成本,天钢炼铁厂利用市场资源,积极转变配矿模型,在工艺工序、物流管理、质量检验、设备运行管理等方面采用新的管理理念和方法,降低了生产成本,取得了较高的经济效益。
In order to reduce production cost, utilizing market resources, Iron-making Plant of Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited (TISC) actively transformed ore blending model and adopted new manage- ment concept and approaches for technological process, logistics management, quality inspection, equipment running management and so on. Production cost was lowered and good economic benefit achieved.
