步进梁式加热炉汽化冷却系统的设计及应用

Design and Application of Evaporative Cooling System of Walking Beam Type Reheating Furnace

为了实现降本增效,将汽化冷却系统应用于天津钢铁集团有限公司中厚板150 t/h步进梁式加热炉上。实际应用表明,该系统节省了能源、延长了被冷却构件寿命,取得了较好的经济效益。

In order to realize cost reduction and benefit increase, evaporative cooling system was applied to the 150 t/h walking beam type reheating furnace of Medium and Heavy Plate Rolling Mill, Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. Practical application presented the system saved energy, prolonged the service life of cooled component and achieved good economic benefit.
