摘要
系泊钢缆通常使用在浮式生产储油船(FPSO)单点系泊锚腿的上升段与躺地段,从工程实践与系统水下检验检测可以发现,钢缆磨损、腐蚀、断丝、松股等形式的损伤是最常见而且最严重的。该文以南海某FPSO使用10年的钢缆为研究对象,采用理论计算与破断试验的方法评估损伤钢缆的剩余强度,研究各种损伤对理论公式相关参数的影响,并验证理论计算方法的合理性与可靠性,为系泊钢缆安全评价以及系泊系统完整性管理提供科学方法。
Wire ropes are often used in ing line of the FPSO mooring system. And the riser segment and ground segment of the moorit is found in the engineering practice and underwater inspection that the defects of wire rope, such as wear, corrosion, broken wire, and loose strand appear most frequently and are the severest ones. This paper chose a wire rope which had been used for a FPSO for ten years in South China Sea as the research subject, by assessing the residual strength of the wire rope with theoretical calculation and test measurement method and studying the influence of the defected wire rope to the formula parameters to verify the rationality and reliability of the theoretical ealculation method, so as to offer a scientific method for the safety evaluation of wire ropes and the integrity management of mooring system.
