我国城市化进程中的劳动力绩效水平研究

The Relationship between Urbanization and Workforce Performance Level

随着城市化进程的不断加快,人与城市之间的发展困境日益显现。通过287个地级市的统计数据,采用综合指标法对我国城市化水平和劳动力绩效水平进行了整体评价。研究发现,我国劳动力绩效与城市化之间存在正相关关系,但劳动力绩效水平改善程度并未随城市化进程同步提高。29个城市的具体数据比较表明,医疗、教育、交通、环保等方面的软环境建设滞后,是导致我国城市化进程中劳动力绩效损失的主要原因。

The balance between urban and environment are more important during quickening urbanization process. This paper uses comprehensive index method to evaluate the level of urbanization and does an empirical research of 287 prefecture - level cities by combine labor performance and urbani- zation. Scatter plot analysis results show that there is significant positive correlation between urbanization and workforce performance level. UR - WFPL matrix analysis show that there are significant differences between the comprehensive level of urbanization and workforce performance level in different are- as. Then analysis of urbanization healthcare, education, transport, environment and other factors that may impact on the workforce performance level through 29 cities in comparative studies.
