摘要
基于Arc GIS Engine 10.0开发平台,采用C#高级程序设计语言,建立新疆兵团地下管网信息系统。结合新疆兵团城市的特点,阐述了开发背景、设计思路、总体结构设计、功能设计,以及主要功能模块的开发思路,以期达到对地下管网信息科学管理的目标。
Based on tne ArcGIS Engine 10.0 deveiopment piatrorm,using C~# programming language,this paper established the underground pipeline network information system of Xinjiang Corps.Combining with the characteristics of Xinjiang Corps,the paper expounded the development background,design idea,overall structure design,functional design,and the main function modules of the development of ideas,in order to achieve the purpose of scientific management for underground pipeline information.
