论撒拉族在丝绸之路经济带建设中的作用

On the Role of the Salars in the Construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt

以撒拉族为视角,讨论历史上的撒拉族与丝绸之路的关联,特别是撒拉族与土库曼人在历史记忆、共同语言等方面的相同性与相似性,可以成为中国与中亚各国实现"民心相通"的潜在条件。充分发挥撒拉族的优势,疏通与中亚各国沟通的心理和民间渠道,使之为国家战略服务。

From the perspective of the Salar ethnic group, this paper dis- cusses the connection between the Salars and the Silk Road, especially the com- mon features and similarities in historical memories and languages of the Salars and the Turkmen, which can be the potential advantages to enhance the people- to-people bond between China and the Central Asian countries. The author sug- gests that the role of the Salars be brought into full play to build the spiritual and nongovernmental communicative channels between China and the Central Asian countries to serve the Chinese national strategies.
