Research on Teachers' Continuing Education from the Multicultural Perspective

摘要 差异和认同是多元文化下教师继续教育的两个基本的文化元素,共同促进多元文化下教师继续教育的提升和发展。从教育要促进学生身心发展以及教师专业发展的目的来说,加强基于多元文化视角下的教师继续教育是一个必然的选择。教师继续教育不但要让教师认识到他们不仅是知识的传承者,更是文化的传播和引领者,也是学生观念的塑造者。在教育教学的活动中,只有提高学生学习的主体性话语地位,弱化教师话语的制度化倾向,才能真正做到从"差异"到"认同",使学生成为真正有力量的主体。 Difference and identification are the two fundamental cultural ele- ments of teachers" continuing education from the multicultural perspective, which can jointly improve teachers' continuing education. In terms of the goal of educa- tion, that is, to help promote students" physical and mental development and teachers" professional development, it is an inevitable choice to strengthen teach- ers" continuing education from the multicultural perspective. Continuing education can help teachers to realize that they are not only inheritors of knowledge, but al- so someone to spread and cultivate culture, as well as to shape students' ideology. In teaching practices, only by means of improving students" status of discourse subject in learning and weakening the systemization tendency of teachers" dis- course, can it achieve to turn "difference" into "identification", which develops students to be the subject with real power.
